Oral Presentations
Presentation Time Slots:
Plenary Speakers: 35 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for discussion
Invited Speakers: 25 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for discussion
Standard Speakers: 17 minutes for the presentation + 3 minutes for discussion
Presentation Format:
The presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF format using a 16:9 aspect ratio.
Please ensure your file is submitted or ready for upload in advance to avoid any technical delays.
Poster Session
Poster Size & Format:
Posters must not exceed A0 size in portrait orientation.
Setup & Session Timing:
Poster boards will be available starting on the morning of Tuesday, September 9, 2025. The official poster session will take place on Tuesday afternoon. However, although there is one official poster session, posters will remain displayed until Thursday afternoon providing the opportunity to discuss presented work informally with attendees over the course of three days during lunch and coffee breaks.
Take-down:
Please make sure to remove your poster by Thursday afternoon.
Proceedings
The selected papers will be published in a special issue of Shape Memory and Elasticity journal (https://link.springer.com/journal/40830 ) devoted to ICOMAT 2025 after the conference.
